About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Communications & Marketing Officer (CCMO)
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively manage calendaring, incoming and outgoing communications, and workflow challenges
- Set up Asana projects and tasks for CCMO priorities and other key department initiatives
- Support content development by researching, writing, reviewing, and proofing materials
Requirements
What you’ll need- A bachelor’s degree in English, communications, marketing, or a similar field preferred, or the equivalent years of relevant work experience
- Two (2) to three (3) years of experience, ideally supporting communication leaders and/or senior executives in nonprofit, philanthropy, government, or advocacy settings
- Experience with executive support preferred, with demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail
