About the role

  • Analyze and control the performance of the company’s specific business channels.
  • Drive short- and long-term forecasts and budget construction.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and identify performance trends.
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes, supporting data collection and validation.
  • Provide insightful commentary on key business indicators and performance drivers.
  • Support the development of ad hoc analyses and presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across functions to support decision-making and business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field; MSc/MBA is a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in a financial analyst or FP&A support role
  • Experience in Retail or multi-location business is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling)
  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP/BI tools
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Commercial, methodical and strategic concept
  • Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple requests
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
