About the role

  • Responsible for leading and delivering complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through completion
  • Oversees all aspects of project execution, including planning, scope definition, resource allocation, and stakeholder coordination
  • Maintains accountability for project outcomes and performance
  • Drives operational efficiency by analyzing processes and implementing improvements
  • Facilitates clear communication across stakeholders through regular status reporting, risk management, and issue resolution
  • Supports internal client needs, and promotes continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall team effectiveness and project success

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 4+ years of experience managing complex, multi-year projects
  • Proven project management skills, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and control
  • Adaptable to waterfall, agile, and hybrid project delivery
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Effective written and verbal communicator
  • Planning and organizing
  • Influencing, leading and delegation
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, preferably with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
