About the role
- Responsible for leading and delivering complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through completion
- Oversees all aspects of project execution, including planning, scope definition, resource allocation, and stakeholder coordination
- Maintains accountability for project outcomes and performance
- Drives operational efficiency by analyzing processes and implementing improvements
- Facilitates clear communication across stakeholders through regular status reporting, risk management, and issue resolution
- Supports internal client needs, and promotes continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall team effectiveness and project success
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 4+ years of experience managing complex, multi-year projects
- Proven project management skills, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and control
- Adaptable to waterfall, agile, and hybrid project delivery
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communicator
- Planning and organizing
- Influencing, leading and delegation
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, preferably with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
