About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Turn client briefs into audience-first ideas that entertain, not just advertise
- Build and present compelling creative proposals to clients and agencies
- Lead pre-production across scripts, storyboards and treatments
- Collaborate with production to bring ideas to life on time and on budget
- Mentor junior creatives and support the Creative Director on original formats
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience
- Experience working independently and proactively across time zones
- Proven experience in a social publisher or social-first agency
- End-to-end branded content experience, from idea through delivery
- Deep fluency in Gen Z internet culture. You're on the apps, not just aware of them.
- Strong deck-building skills in Google Slides and Keynote, with confidence presenting to clients
- Comfortable moving fast across multiple projects at once
