• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously across different industries and time zones, keeping scope, timelines, and budgets on track.
• Work with clients to define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria from the very start of an engagement.
• Lead the discovery phase with new clients, asking the right questions to understand their business needs before anything gets built.
• Break down complex requirements into manageable iterations that the engineering team can execute against.
