Field Marketing Manager – m/f/d
PTV LogisticsField Marketing Manager orchestrating multi-channel campaigns and events in Benelux region. Collaborate with sales and partners to drive pipeline for PTV Logistics' transportation solutions.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and manage end-to-end field marketing activities in the Benelux region to generate pipeline and support sales goals.
- Plan and execute online and offline events (webinars, in-person events, partner activations).
- Manage event budgets, vendors, and ROI tracking to ensure strong pipeline impact.
- Develop and run multi-touch promotional campaigns across channels like social media, newsletters, and PR.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, timelines, and stakeholder updates.
- Align marketing campaigns with sales priorities, target accounts, and key industry verticals.
- Work closely with Sales, SDRs, Partner Marketing, and Content teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Track success through pipeline generation, event performance, campaign engagement, and operational excellence.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 + years in field marketing or integrated B2B SaaS demand generation roles
- Proven track record owning regional event portfolios and multi touch campaigns end -to- end , with measurable pipeline results.
- Strong project management and vendor management; comfortable with budgets, contracts, and ROI modeling.
- Proficiency with marketing automation , CRM, webinar /event platforms, and analytics dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills; adept at stakeholder alignment and executive-ready reporting.
- Full fluency in Dutch and English.
- Additional languages of benefit.
- High level of brand discipline and attention to detail in content, visuals, and messaging (per PTV Logistics guidelines).
