About the role

As Customer Success Manager, you are the central point of contact for our strategic customers
Manage and further develop strategic accounts as the primary contact
Build long-term relationships across multiple levels within the customer organization
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization
Conduct business reviews, success plans, workshops, and trainings
Collaborate closely with product, consulting, and marketing teams to improve our solutions at PTV Logistics
Manage and coordinate customer projects and take on the role of project manager for analyses or implementations
Document best practices, use cases, and customer success stories
Identify growth opportunities and support the expansion of existing customer relationships

Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, IT, or a comparable field
Experience in Customer Success, consulting, account management, or a similar role
Analytical thinking and an understanding of complex business and logistics processes
Strong communication and presentation skills across different stakeholder levels
Structured working style, initiative, and a strong customer focus
Team player with entrepreneurial mindset and a focus on long-term customer success
Confident communication in German and English
