About the role
- Own end-to-end field marketing across the Benelux region
- Design and orchestrate high impact events (online and offline)
- Manage multi-touch promotional plans, and localized campaigns
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute the end -to-end event program
- Own event budgets and ROI tracking; actively manage spend
- Build and run integrated promotional plans for all field activities
- Own full -cycle communications (internal & external)
- Define regional campaign strategy in lockstep with priority verticals
- Partner with Sales, SDR, and marketing teams to ensure message fit
- Maintain milestone discipline and safeguard brand identity
- Own event and local engagement touchpoints to generate awareness
Requirements
- 5 + years in field marketing or integrated B2B SaaS demand generation roles
- Proven track record owning regional event portfolios and multi touch campaigns end -to- end , with measurable pipeline results.
- Strong project management and vendor management; comfortable with budgets, contracts, and ROI modeling.
- Proficiency with marketing automation , CRM, webinar /event platforms, and analytics dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills; adept at stakeholder alignment and executive-ready reporting.
- Full fluency in Dutch and English. Additional languages of benefit.
