About the role

  • Codevelop partner go - to - market plans with our Global Partner Program members —defining target audiences, joint value propositions, and campaign architecture.
  • Execute co-marketing programs ( launch campaigns, webinars, events, content syndication) to support lead generation and pipeline growth , establish KPI frameworks with the partner account and report on ROI.
  • Manage Partner marketing operations, including Partner Portal , co-op budgets partner listings and joint assets and track performance end-to-end
  • Create co-branded content and collateral, collaborating closely with Global Partner Program, Solution Marketing, Field Marketing, and Partner Sales teams.
  • Support partner program communications, working with the Director Global Partner Program on collateral and external messaging.
  • Align with partner enablement manager to ensure consistent partner - facing communication strategies.
  • Champion brand consistency—ensuring all partner content follows our style and terminology and supports the global brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Partner/Alliances/Channel Marketing within B2B SaaS or software; experience in logistics , mobility, or supply chain is a plus.
  • Proven success translating joint propositions into pipeline , with strong grasp of attribution, conversion, and ROI.
  • Hands-on experience with co-marketing campaigns (digital, content, events)
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., German) are a plus for our global collaborations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management - confident yet considerate communication with partners and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with our official tools (or equivalents): LinkedIn, YouTube, Drupal/WordPress, HubSpot, Canva.
