About the role
- Develop and execute growth strategies for self-service and tech-touch channels across the customer lifecycle.
- Optimize the digital funnel to increase acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Design and implement data-driven experiments to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Leverage analytics to identify opportunities and measure impact of campaigns.
- Own marketing automation, personalization, and self-service onboarding flows.
- Set up and maintain a scalable reporting and analytics dashboard to track funnel performance, calculate ROI, and provide actionable insights for growth optimization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in growth marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or logistics tech.
- Strong understanding of digital funnels, marketing automation, and self-service strategies.
- Expertise in data analytics, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Intercom, MS 365, or similar platforms.
- Creative thinker with a test-and-learn mindset and a passion for scaling online businesses.
- Track record scaling B2B digital commerce or SaaS with double digit growth and meaningful ARR impact.
- Hands-on growth chops: Journey design, pricing/packaging tests, funnel analytics, and marketing automation.
- Omnichannel muscle: Experience aligning digital, sales, partner motions; comfort integrating B2B marketplaces.
- Platform fluency: Mid market B2B stacks like Magento, Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, OroCommerce; plus HubSpot/Marketo, GA, A/B testing suites.
- Change leadership: Ability to lead cross functional squads (UX, product, data, dev) through digital transformation.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or logistics.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
