About the role
- Document current and future-state HR processes and align them to ServiceNow capabilities
- Offer expertise on best practices to support the implementation of scalable solutions across HRSD modules, including Lifecycle Events, Employee Center Pro, Case and Knowledge Management, and Employee Relations
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather functional requirements and define solution objectives
- Create mock-ups and example outputs to guide design discussions and align expectations
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and functional specifications
- Work closely with implementers and platform teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on ServiceNow HR Service Delivery
- Proficient in creating mock-ups, prototypes, and documentation to communicate solutions effectively
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD modules, including Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Employee Relations, and Employee Center
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and experience writing user stories with acceptance criteria
- Effective communication and facilitation skills to work across HR, IT, and implementation teams
