About the role

  • Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning solutions for large, complex organizations
  • Partner with executive and C-level stakeholders to facilitate design decisions and align business strategy with Workday best practices
  • Advise clients on Workday optimization, transformation initiatives, and long-term roadmap planning
  • Drive innovation and influence internal practice direction through thought leadership, mentorship, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including reporting, integrations, data conversion, testing, and change management

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience implementing Adaptive Financial and Workforce Planning with a certified Workday Implementation Partner
  • Proven experience leading Workday Financials workstreams on implementation projects
  • Local government and/or higher education industry experience strongly preferred
