Key responsibilities & impact

Act as lead technical presales expert in North America for ALM and related topics
Support Codebeamer/Pure Variants, customer onboarding, and long-term customer success
Collaborate with global ALM & PLE consulting & services team
Develop & present technical presentations and customized demonstrations
Support sales team in qualifying opportunities and fostering customer adoption
Stay current on industry trends in systems engineering, DevOps, and compliance

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years in presales, professional services or solution delivery within enterprise software
3+ years in a senior engineering/consultant role
Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English
Proven success in supporting/building/operating implementations in regulated industries
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
