About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Consult with stakeholders to identify performance gaps and learning objectives
Create engaging training materials, including e-learning, workshops, and blended learning solutions
Deliver training sessions in-person or virtually, and conduct 'train-the-trainer' sessions
Measure the effectiveness of training programs using analytics and feedback to drive improvement
Maintain and update learning management systems (LMS) and training materials

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
Usually 3–5 years in training, instructional design, or L&D roles
Proficiency in LMS platforms, e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
Strong project management skills
Ability to blend technology with traditional teaching methods
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
