About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Consult with stakeholders to identify performance gaps and learning objectives
  • Create engaging training materials, including e-learning, workshops, and blended learning solutions
  • Deliver training sessions in-person or virtually, and conduct 'train-the-trainer' sessions
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs using analytics and feedback to drive improvement
  • Maintain and update learning management systems (LMS) and training materials

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • Usually 3–5 years in training, instructional design, or L&D roles
  • Proficiency in LMS platforms, e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to blend technology with traditional teaching methods
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
