About the role
- Responsible for renewing Support and Subscription contracts with direct customers in Germany
- Protect and grow Annual Recurring Revenues (ARR) by identifying and closing Up-sell opportunities
- Secure revenue streams by developing successful relationships with direct customers
- Collaborate with key stakeholder groups (Sales, Customer Success, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work in a structured fashion to achieve and maintain industry leading renewal rates
- Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual targets
Requirements
- Successful record of accomplishment in a customer / partner facing quota carrying role
- Experience in Renewals, Sales, Inside Sales in a Perpetual, Subscription or SaaS technology environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German are mandatory
