• Nimm die volle Verantwortung für den End-to-End-User-Journey-Prozess.
• Gestalte gemeinsam mit den Gründern ansprechende Flyer sowie viralen Social-Media-Content.
• Recherche aktueller wissenschaftlicher Erkenntnisse (Studien, Leitlinien, Modelle)
• Verfasse verständliche, fundierte Blogartikel zu psychologischen Themen
• Erstellung von Instagram-Content (@psytastic): Captions, Carousel-Posts, Story-/Reels-Ideen
• Übersetze Forschung in praxisnahe Tipps und klare Takeaways für den Alltag.
• Mitarbeit an psychologisch fundierter Kommunikation für den ZPP-Präventionskurs.
• Entwicklung/Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Sichtbarkeit (z. B. Content-Kampagnen, Text-/Landingpage-Optimierung, Newsletter-Ideen, Kooperationen)

• You will co-develop a high-impact marketing campaign for our new ZPP course — from concept and idea through to measurable success.
• Take full ownership of the end-to-end user journey and collaborate with the founders to design engaging flyers and viral social media content.
• Contribute to psychologically informed communication to ensure the course reaches the right relatives and caregivers.
• Sharpen the target-group perspective: understand and address needs, barriers, and motivations.
• Test and analyze target-audience messaging (What works? Which messages/formats lead to more sign-ups?).
