About the role

  • Support the Financial Controller and CFO in financial planning, analysis, and insights
  • Prepare and maintain monthly management reports
  • Assist with budgeting, reforecasting, and rolling forecasts
  • Develop and maintain financial models
  • Analyse operational performance, cost drivers, and overheads
  • Partner with project and operational leads
  • Support cash-flow forecasting and liquidity monitoring
  • Prepare board and senior management reporting
  • Improve financial processes and reporting automation
  • Complete ad-hoc analysis and support during audits

Requirements

  • Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
  • Strong management accounting and financial analysis expertise
  • Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or analytical finance
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
  • Strong management reporting and variance analysis
  • Excellent communicator
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • Commercially minded, proactive problem solver
  • Highly organised with integrity and attention to detail
