About the role
- Support the Financial Controller and CFO in financial planning, analysis, and insights
- Prepare and maintain monthly management reports
- Assist with budgeting, reforecasting, and rolling forecasts
- Develop and maintain financial models
- Analyse operational performance, cost drivers, and overheads
- Partner with project and operational leads
- Support cash-flow forecasting and liquidity monitoring
- Prepare board and senior management reporting
- Improve financial processes and reporting automation
- Complete ad-hoc analysis and support during audits
Requirements
- Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
- Strong management accounting and financial analysis expertise
- Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or analytical finance
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Strong management reporting and variance analysis
- Excellent communicator
- Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Commercially minded, proactive problem solver
- Highly organised with integrity and attention to detail
