About the role

  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning business objectives with user needs.
  • Lead and guide the team, fostering alignment, collaboration, and a results-oriented focus.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and manage sprints to maximize the percentage of completed deliveries.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret usage data, feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions.
  • Prioritize the backlog and manage the product lifecycle from conception through launch and ongoing evolution.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI, development, marketing, and operations teams to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Establish and monitor product KPIs, proposing improvements to increase engagement, retention, and user satisfaction.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, presenting the roadmap, results, and product strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably with digital products or service platforms.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product management tools (Jira, Trello, Confluence).
  • Analytical ability to interpret data and turn insights into practical solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic, creative, and results-driven mindset.
  • Experience with technology products or digital platforms.
  • Certifications in product management, agile methodologies, or design thinking.
