About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage global, multi-center clinical research projects across therapeutic areas
Deliver clinical research projects on time, within budget, and according to high quality standards
Lead and manage multi-functional project teams
Train, mentor, and coach project team members
Serve as the primary client contact for all project matters
Attend bid defense meetings
Participate in proposal development and client presentations
Implement company standard practices and comply with intradepartmental procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need

Recent clinical research experience as a project manager or equivalent, such as Clinical Trial Manager or Clinical Study Team Lead
Global or regional clinical project management experience, including management of all project services from startup to closure
Therapeutic experience in oncology and/or GI, IBD, ulcerative colitis, or Crohn's disease preferred
Experience managing Phase II and III clinical projects preferred
BSc or MSc in Life Sciences or similar, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
Ability to negotiate confidently
Team building, resource allocation, and organizational skills
