About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage global, multi-center clinical research projects across therapeutic areas
  • Deliver clinical research projects on time, within budget, and according to high quality standards
  • Lead and manage multi-functional project teams
  • Train, mentor, and coach project team members
  • Serve as the primary client contact for all project matters
  • Attend bid defense meetings
  • Participate in proposal development and client presentations
  • Implement company standard practices and comply with intradepartmental procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Recent clinical research experience as a project manager or equivalent, such as Clinical Trial Manager or Clinical Study Team Lead
  • Global or regional clinical project management experience, including management of all project services from startup to closure
  • Therapeutic experience in oncology and/or GI, IBD, ulcerative colitis, or Crohn's disease preferred
  • Experience managing Phase II and III clinical projects preferred
  • BSc or MSc in Life Sciences or similar, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to negotiate confidently
  • Team building, resource allocation, and organizational skills
