About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage small (<5 countries and/or limited services) and medium-sized (5–15 countries and/or full-service) projects under general supervision
- Ensure production of project deliverables according to predefined quality standards, on time and on budget
- Perform the project co-manager role in complex international projects/programs
- Adhere to and promote PSI delivery and service principles when dealing with customers
- Lead project teams
- Train, mentor, and coach study team members
- Participate in feasibility research
- Assist with business development tasks, including proposals, client presentations, and bid defense meetings
- Implement company standard practices and comply with intradepartmental procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5-year industry experience in clinical research
- At least 2 years of project-level clinical project management experience
- Experience managing all project phases from startup to closure
- Oncology experience preferred
- Experience in Gastroenterology and/or radiopharmaceuticals is a plus
- Must not require work visa sponsorship for employment now or in the future
