About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify and recruit new clinical trial sites for the Milestone One network
Promote Milestone One’s brand and attract new clients
Develop and maintain a patient referral network
Define strategy and manage communication with sites and Sponsors
Oversee site management from identification to contract finalization
Implement development plans for clinical sites
Collect and review feedback from sites through evaluation reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in life science
Business Management Certificate or Diploma is a plus
ICH GCP training
Minimum 5 years of on-the-job experience in a clinical environment
Fluent use of local language, at least C1 level of English
Proficiency in MS Office
Valid category B driver’s license
