About the role
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with healthcare providers and clients.
- Perform data entry and record updates in multiple systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and process completion.
- Maintain service quality standards and meet daily productivity goals.
Requirements
- 2+ years of BPO experience handling inbound/outbound calls
- Strong communication skills
- Advanced MS Excel skills — can efficiently use filters, sorting, and copy/paste functions
- Ability to work in a night shift schedule and amenable for weekend work
- Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and accountability.
- Willing to work on Hybrid Set Up at one of PSG Sites: Makati, Alabang, SM North Edsa, MOA
