About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Setting and executing the global vision, strategy, and service delivery model for the company’s Professional Services and Software business.
Ensuring services are aligned with client business objectives, regulatory expectations, and industry best practices.
Translating strategy into executable initiatives with measurable outcomes.
Defining and maintaining governance structures, decision-making authority, and escalation pathways.
Establishing global delivery standards, KPIs, and performance management frameworks.
Ensuring consistent service delivery and accountability across regions.
Identifying and mentoring executive sponsors for key client engagements.
Building and maintaining long-term strategic client relationships.
Gathering regular client feedback and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field required.
Master’s degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
Minimum of 12–15 years of progressive leadership experience in Professional Services, Software, or regulated consulting environments.
Proven experience leading global service organizations with P&L responsibility.
Strong background in contract governance, commercial negotiations, and service delivery management.
Experience operating in regulated industries and managing complex, multi-region programs.
Demonstrated success building high-performing leadership teams and succession pipelines.
