About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Establishing and executing the vision, strategy, and delivery model for professional services across the Americas region.
Ensures alignment with global operational strategy while driving client satisfaction, operational excellence, financial performance, and scalable growth.
Oversee service delivery, client engagement, financial performance, talent development, and continuous improvement across the region.
Work with the COO to establish a clear vision, strategy, and professional services delivery model for the Americas region.
Lead the implementation of standardized, scalable, and efficient professional services processes.
Identify and mentor executive sponsors for key client engagements to establish and maintain long-term strategic client partnerships.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field required.
Master’s degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
More than five years of progressive leadership experience in Professional Services or regulated consulting environments.
Proven experience leading global service organizations with P&L responsibility.
Experience operating in regulated industries and managing complex, multi-region programs.
Demonstrated success building high-performing leadership teams and succession pipelines.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
