About the role
- Responsible for introducing new processes/products and developing knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Change Management and Inclusion
- Participate in cross-functional investigations on problems/deviations and initiate improvements for processes
- Ensure compliance with cGMP & regulatory requirements
- Generate, review and approve process documentation
- Represent Technical Operations at cross-functional meetings
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in the Pharma/Biotech industry
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred; ideally in a Science, Engineering or other Technical discipline
