Key responsibilities & impact

Overseeing the team providing technical support to all Power Distribution customers in the United States
Working with territory sales managers and the Vice President of Sales to promote new and existing products

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical)
5+ years’ experience in Engineering, preferably Wire and Cable
Strong engineering knowledge
Strong computer skills, proficient in Excel
Ability to participate in cross-functional teams and be an influencer within a matrix organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to think and act LEAN in order to optimize internal processes and customer offerings
Trips to customer locations, manufacturing sites, industry conferences, and trade shows (at least 25%), including international travel - company travel policy permitting
