About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and business objectives.
  • Coordinate performance management and talent review processes.
  • Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.
  • Manage learning programs and leadership development activities with a focus on funded training process with Fondimpresa and Fondirigenti.
  • Coordinate mentoring, coaching, and employee development programs.
  • Analyze HR and talent data, preparing reports and insights for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with managers on recruitment activities, ensuring the attraction, selection, and retention of top talent.
  • Support employee engagement and people development projects through Workday and other HR tools.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational design.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and HR best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Human Resources, Economics & Management, Law or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of Experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Human Resources.
  • Solid stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and matrix environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Fluent English
  • Knowledge of Workday is considered a plus
  • Solid Excel proficiency
