About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and business objectives.
- Coordinate performance management and talent review processes.
- Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.
- Manage learning programs and leadership development activities with a focus on funded training process with Fondimpresa and Fondirigenti.
- Coordinate mentoring, coaching, and employee development programs.
- Analyze HR and talent data, preparing reports and insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with managers on recruitment activities, ensuring the attraction, selection, and retention of top talent.
- Support employee engagement and people development projects through Workday and other HR tools.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational design.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and HR best practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Human Resources, Economics & Management, Law or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of Experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Human Resources.
- Solid stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and matrix environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of Workday is considered a plus
- Solid Excel proficiency
