About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide support activities for the management of the Corporate Security area
  • Assist in the control, monitoring and protection of assets
  • Perform analysis of data, information, indicators, events and incidents
  • Support the implementation of preventive and corrective measures
  • Monitor asset protection/security operations
  • Periodically inspect workstations
  • Monitor the performance of outsourced/contracted teams
  • Prepare, review and update policies, rules and procedures
  • Provide training for internal and/or contracted teams
  • Monitor and manage work schedules/rosters
  • Analyze data, information, events and incidents
  • Generate purchase requests and contract-based orders
  • Monitor monthly the budget forecast in the MP versus actual costs
  • Organize, digitize and file relevant documents
  • Implement necessary measures for the prevention and mitigation of accidents

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma (higher education is a plus)
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) — intermediate level
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in activities related to supply chain security and/or risk management
  • Initiative
  • Occupational Safety awareness
  • Teamwork
  • Quality-oriented
