About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the preparation of Method Statements and Technical Procedures for subsea cable repair operations
- Coordinate and support IMR projects worldwide, ensuring repair methodologies and documentation are tailored to local technical, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Serve as the main technical point of contact for international clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities
- Prepare Requests for Quotation (RfQs) for key repair services and perform technical reviews
- Prepare and review technical documentation related to cable repair campaigns, vessel mobilization plans, and safety compliance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Engineering Mechanical, Civil, Marine, or equivalent
- Up to 5 years of experience as Submarine Cable Installation Project Engineer/Lead Engineer
- Background as an Offshore Installation Engineer
- Specific experience in Subsea Cable Repair is highly desirable
- Experience in Offshore Oil & Gas installation or repair is considered a significant advantage
- Professional English and Italian
