About the role

  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support strategic, operational, and transformation initiatives across the Transmission BU
  • Support the development of business plans, financial models, and investment evaluations (CapEx, make-or-buy, M&A screening)
  • Collect, validate, and synthesize data from multiple functions (Operations, Finance, Engineering, Installation, etc.)
  • Prepare structured reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders and leadership forums
  • Contribute to the preparation of strategic workshops, reviews, and transformation governance routines
  • Actively support ad-hoc analyses related to performance improvement, portfolio optimization, and long-term planning

Requirements

  • University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Up to 3 years of experience in similar role or project management, installation positions, in EPC companies
  • Strong analytical mindset with solid proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Basic understanding of financial concepts (e.g. P&L, cash flow, ROI, business cases)
  • Strong interest in corporate strategy, business transformation, and industrial environments
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and international context
  • Strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English; Italian is a plus
