About the role
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support strategic, operational, and transformation initiatives across the Transmission BU
- Support the development of business plans, financial models, and investment evaluations (CapEx, make-or-buy, M&A screening)
- Collect, validate, and synthesize data from multiple functions (Operations, Finance, Engineering, Installation, etc.)
- Prepare structured reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders and leadership forums
- Contribute to the preparation of strategic workshops, reviews, and transformation governance routines
- Actively support ad-hoc analyses related to performance improvement, portfolio optimization, and long-term planning
Requirements
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Up to 3 years of experience in similar role or project management, installation positions, in EPC companies
- Strong analytical mindset with solid proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic understanding of financial concepts (e.g. P&L, cash flow, ROI, business cases)
- Strong interest in corporate strategy, business transformation, and industrial environments
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and international context
- Strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English; Italian is a plus
