About the role
- Develop and execute sales plans to grow revenue and market share in Sweden and Denmark
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers
- Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer projects
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management
- Act as local telecom expert for Prysmian’s optical fiber, connectivity, and multimedia solutions
- Prepare proposals, tenders, technical presentations, and demos
- Manage pipeline and CRM with daily updates and proactive follow-up
- Travel ~70% to customers and sites in Sweden, Denmark (occasional Nordics)
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales success in telecom cables, optical fiber, connectivity solutions, networking infrastructure, or closely related technical fields
- A strong track record of consistently exceeding targets, winning new logos, and closing complex, project-based deals
- Genuine technical curiosity and the ability to confidently explain fiber specifications, connectivity architectures, installation benefits, and total-cost-of-ownership advantages to engineers and C-level stakeholders alike
- Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Fluency in English + Swedish
- Good CRM skills and comfort using data to drive decisions
- Self-starter mindset: you thrive with high autonomy and love owning your territory end-to-end
