About the role
- Develop a highly effective distributor system/ dealer network/ customer base for the assigned channel
- Formulate sales strategy for assigned territory or products
- Develop sales forecast, budget and manpower planning
- Supervises and trains distributors/ dealers/ agents and/or sales force to achieve sales targets
- Responsible for the commercialization of the company’s products to the assigned channel
- Provide ongoing support to clients ensuring they receive high quality customer service
- Serve as a liaison between clients and company departments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or four-year equivalent degree
- Master’s degree preferred
- 7-10 years of experience with outside sales roles
- 5-7 years of experience with cable manufacturing preferred
- Proficiency in understanding structured cabling systems, POE, and Fiber Optics technology
