About the role
- Collaborate with customer business and technology leaders to identify compelling use cases for the Pryon Platform, perform detailed scoping exercises and feasibility studies.
- Define the economic impact of deploying the Pryon Platform to address customers’ business challenges.
- Provide input on product direction and strategy based on direct customer experience and feedback– serve as internal “voice of the customer” within Pryon.
- Build and validate powerful RAG workflows leveraging and extending Pryon’s platform.
- Perform customer-facing configuration, software development and testing, solution deployment, training, and change management activities – to drive successful go-lives of Pryon-powered customer solutions and stimulate adoption and business value.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, statistics, or related field (Master’s Degree preferred)
- 7 years of work experience, including 2+ years in management consulting
- Experience and deep interest in working with AI/ML, NLP, knowledge management, and cloud computing technologies
- Programming experience in NLP, ML, AI, and data science in general (Python preferred)
- Familiarity with cloud-based architectures
- Understanding of the competitive landscape in NLP and knowledge management platforms
- Competency in public speaking and senior stakeholder interaction
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Outstanding team player with the ability to coordinate people and activities across multiple functional areas
