Senior Director, Agency Leader Development

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the design and delivery of our group wide Agency strategy and programs focused on developing NextGen Agency Leaders to achieve business growth objectives
- Increasing both the quality and quantity of our agency leaders
- Collaborating with central Agency and other stakeholders to deliver groupwide strategic plan for Agency
- Guide and / or lead LBUs to design and implement effective Agency Leader financing schemes to attract and develop talents
- Monitor and review Agency channel performance, especially for Agency Leaders’ quality and quantity, and provide analytics, business insights and strategic guidance and tactical support
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience and track records in life insurance sector
- Demonstrated experience in Agency management with deep knowledge in agency leader development, quality recruitment, Agency training
- Understanding of the insurance industry, including current and emerging business models
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with strong business acumen
- Strong communication skill and demonstrated experience to influence and persuade, particularly with C-suite level stakeholders
- Good understanding of project management methodologies, framework, and standards
- University degree or above, and majored in Business, Commerce, Actuary, or equivalent is preferred
