About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and support custom Real Estate applications in a fast-paced setting.
  • Provide architectural guidance and lead a cross-functional team.
  • Participate in establishing and enforcing technical standards with other leaders on the team.
  • Hands-on development of new and existing framework and functionality.
  • Lead a team of personnel focused on feature development, testing, and other engineering tasks.
  • Work closely with product stakeholders to understand complex business requirements and determine solutions.
  • Coordinate with scrum master and other stakeholders to delegate work assignments.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to the team as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years experience in full-stack web development.
  • Proven ability to decompose complex requirements and build solutions.
  • 3+ years of leading other team members.
  • High proficiency in C# and .NET ecosystem.
  • High proficiency in front-end frameworks such as Reach and Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript.
  • Strong experience with MS SQL Server or other relational databases.
  • Strong expertise in DevOps practices and tooling (CI/CD, GIT, etc.).
  • Strong expertise in Azure or AWS cloud services.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile-Scrum principles.
  • Ability to use AI tools such as Claude Code.
