About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and support custom Real Estate applications in a fast-paced setting.
Provide architectural guidance and lead a cross-functional team.
Participate in establishing and enforcing technical standards with other leaders on the team.
Hands-on development of new and existing framework and functionality.
Lead a team of personnel focused on feature development, testing, and other engineering tasks.
Work closely with product stakeholders to understand complex business requirements and determine solutions.
Coordinate with scrum master and other stakeholders to delegate work assignments.
Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to the team as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years experience in full-stack web development.
Proven ability to decompose complex requirements and build solutions.
3+ years of leading other team members.
High proficiency in C# and .NET ecosystem.
High proficiency in front-end frameworks such as Reach and Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript.
Strong experience with MS SQL Server or other relational databases.
Strong expertise in DevOps practices and tooling (CI/CD, GIT, etc.).
Strong expertise in Azure or AWS cloud services.
Strong knowledge of Agile-Scrum principles.
Ability to use AI tools such as Claude Code.
