About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and support custom Real Estate applications in a fast-paced setting.
- Provide architectural guidance and lead a cross-functional team.
- Participate in establishing and enforcing technical standards with other leaders on the team.
- Hands-on development of new and existing framework and functionality.
- Lead a team of personnel focused on feature development, testing, and other engineering tasks.
- Work closely with product stakeholders to understand complex business requirements and determine solutions.
- Coordinate with scrum master and other stakeholders to delegate work assignments.
- Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to the team as needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years experience in full-stack web development.
- Proven ability to decompose complex requirements and build solutions.
- 3+ years of leading other team members.
- High proficiency in C# and .NET ecosystem.
- High proficiency in front-end frameworks such as Reach and Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript.
- Strong experience with MS SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Strong expertise in DevOps practices and tooling (CI/CD, GIT, etc.).
- Strong expertise in Azure or AWS cloud services.
- Strong knowledge of Agile-Scrum principles.
- Ability to use AI tools such as Claude Code.
