About the role

  • Deliver high-level administrative support to VPs and Strategic Relationship Managers to help drive profitable growth
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and events (in person and virtual) including scheduling, coordinating meals, inviting attendees, booking conference rooms
  • Schedule CE through QuestTrack system and send final report
  • Ensure activities adhere to corporate Gift and Entertainment guidelines and submit data to STAR Compliance when necessary
  • Submit BIOs and presentations for MRU approval
  • Process T&E vouchers via iExpense and submit invoices to Accounts Payable and track through completion
  • Arrange travel via online booking tool CWT
  • Complete broker/dealer firm specific reporting requirements
  • Order office supplies and promotional items

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to partner effectively and professionally with all levels in the organization
  • Team player with the ability to work independently and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail and the ability to stay abreast of rapidly changing information
  • Ability and willingness to work with change and ambiguity
  • Must exercise sound judgment, discretion, and always maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • An associate’s or bachelor’s degree or minimum of 3 years in a related field is a plus
  • Familiarity with Prudential enterprise systems and applications is a plus
