About the role

  • Empower colleagues across the function through tools, processes and data that enhance communications impact.
  • Be a consultant and coach, providing perspective on industry trends, supplying data-driven insights, and identifying innovative solutions.
  • Drive critical team capabilities including media monitoring and analysis, internal content analytics, and issues monitoring.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure accuracy and timeliness of insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience with a focus on communications or PR.
  • Strong track record of leveraging data-based insights for strategic improvement and translating findings for non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Self-starter with a solutions mindset and ability to work in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience with communications measurement and comfort with data.
