About the role

  • Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI applications that automate workflows, improve quality, and enable application operations to scale
  • Build solutions such as chatbots and digital assistants for application support, enabling teams to perform tasks across multiple platforms from a single interface
  • Integrate Agentic AI with ITSM, observability tools, and cloud services to support application operations and other business capabilities
  • Design and deploy cloud-native Agentic AI applications, focusing on portability and scalability across major cloud platforms
  • Apply best practices for security, observability, and governance in all Agentic AI workflows
  • Collaborate with architects and partner teams to ensure robust, secure, and scalable solutions
  • Document architectures, integration patterns, and operational procedures
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos
  • Stay current with emerging Agentic AI, AIOps, and automation technologies, and proactively recommend improvements
  • Mentor and support other engineers as we scale our Agentic AI capabilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience
  • 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, API integration, and cloud-native development
  • Familiarity with agentic AI concepts (e.g., autonomous agents, orchestration, reasoning, multi-agent systems) and related frameworks for AI, automation, or orchestration is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation
  • Knowledge of security, observability, and governance best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
