About the role
- Support our Wealth marketing programs and initiatives
- Manage and execute on PGIM retail marketing programs and campaigns to grow brand awareness and consideration
- Engage with Marketing leads to understand objectives, investment themes and marketing opportunities
- Project manage multi-faceted, integrated cornerstone programs from end to end
- Develop content for and provide strategic oversight of paid social and search campaigns
- Project manage proprietary research programs including the development of marketing assets and promotional activity
- Analyze campaign and program metrics on an ongoing basis to provide data-backed insights
- Assist with planning, oversight, and measurement of Wealth-focused webinars
- Perform all aspects of marketing compliance review and approval process
- Conduct competitive research and analysis on a regular basis to inform campaign development
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in financial services marketing: project, brand or campaign management marketing, institutional marketing or retail marketing to financial advisors
- Previous experience working in a sales-driven, multi-channel, distribution environment
- Ability to apply traditional as well as new and unique marketing approaches
- Demonstrated success in collaborating across functional teams and building strong relationships with business partners
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Passionate about data analysis with strong reporting skills
- An independent, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Consistently exhibit strong attention to detail
- Must be comfortable working independently and navigating ambiguity
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems and data analytics platforms
