Support PGIM Investments generalist wholesalers and client engagement team across the West region to promote alternatives and direct indexing.
Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, presentations, and events to educate clients on benefits and implementation of alternatives and direct indexing.
Serve as subject matter expert delivering insights, education, and strategic guidance for portfolio integration.
Maintain deep knowledge of the firm's alternative investments and direct indexing platforms; stay current on market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments.
Partner with internal teams (marketing, product, investment strategy) to align messaging and support client needs.
Provide regular reporting on sales activity, pipeline development, and market feedback.
Support generalist wholesalers in a pay-for-performance sales culture; help meet sales targets across products and vehicles.
Be well organized and disciplined in sales systems and processes; work with internal and external partners to align resources to expected sales outcomes.
Requirements
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in financial services, with a strong background in alternatives and/or direct indexing.
Proven track record of sales success and relationship management.
Required licenses: Series 7 and Series 63 or 65.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
