About the role
- Support PGIM Investments generalist wholesalers and client engagement team across the West region to promote alternatives and direct indexing.
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, presentations, and events to educate clients on benefits and implementation of alternatives and direct indexing.
- Serve as subject matter expert delivering insights, education, and strategic guidance for portfolio integration.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the firm's alternative investments and direct indexing platforms; stay current on market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments.
- Partner with internal teams (marketing, product, investment strategy) to align messaging and support client needs.
- Provide regular reporting on sales activity, pipeline development, and market feedback.
- Support generalist wholesalers in a pay-for-performance sales culture; help meet sales targets across products and vehicles.
- Be well organized and disciplined in sales systems and processes; work with internal and external partners to align resources to expected sales outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in financial services, with a strong background in alternatives and/or direct indexing.
- Proven track record of sales success and relationship management.
- Required licenses: Series 7 and Series 63 or 65.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
