Monitoring and managing assigned pending cases and upcoming first payments
Performing good order review of required forms and documents
Recommending service and workflow improvements
Maintaining department Service Level Agreements, department production, and quality standards
Providing support and assistance to other internal teams as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 2 years of relevant business/professional experience
Customer-focused attitude including the understanding of the importance of maintaining our customer base
Possess excellent attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team, but also requires ability to work independently and provide timely results
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management skills with the ability to adjust priorities to meet changing business needs
Proficient with Microsoft Office (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, OneNote)
