About the role

  • Lead strategic pricing discussions with executive and senior management across PGIM
  • Develop and refine pricing frameworks for separate accounts and pooled vehicles (UCITS, QIF, SICAV, FCP, 40 Act funds)
  • Analyze investment performance data and pricing trends to support business decisions and revenue growth
  • Oversee the creation of pricing proposals and performance reports for client presentations
  • Collaborate with legal to oversee and manage client onboarding processes
  • Drive process improvements and automation in pricing and performance analytics
  • Lead special projects and mentor junior team members

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Development, Product Strategy, or Pricing within asset management or similar industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA or advanced degree preferred
  • Understanding of investments in Fixed Income, Private Credit, Real Estate or Quant Equities
  • Experience with global fund structures and regulatory environments
  • Ability to proactively identify and implement process improvements
  • Intellectual curiosity and a strategic mindset
  • Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
  • Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities
