About the role

  • Define and execute GTM strategies to drive awareness, demand, and adoption
  • Craft positioning and messaging for BD, Licensing, and S&E teams
  • Lead product launches and integrated campaigns
  • Align with Sales and Product on personas, buyer journeys, and value props
  • Use market and customer insights to guide strategy
  • Own strategy for key industry events (BIO, Biotech Showcase, partnering)
  • Manage booth presence, speaking ops, and networking initiatives
  • Create high-impact collateral and demos; drive post-event pipeline conversion
  • Build multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, ABM) to generate qualified leads
  • Develop case studies, ROI stories, and sales enablement tools
  • Collaborate with design for clear, engaging marketing assets
  • Ensure brand consistency and thought leadership across all touchpoints
  • Equip Sales to articulate value and close deals
  • Maintain competitive intelligence and customer insights
  • Train teams on messaging, positioning, and new releases
  • Track performance and optimize GTM effectiveness

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or healthcare technology
  • Experience marketing to pharmaceutical, biopharma, or life sciences audiences (BD, R&D, or commercial functions)
  • Proven track record developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies and product launches
  • Strong understanding of complex, technical products and ability to translate features into business value
  • Demonstrated success building marketing campaigns that generate measurable pipeline and revenue impact
  • Experience with conference planning, event marketing, and field marketing strategies
