About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Be the first point of contact for customers who have been involved in an accident, gathering the information we need and recording it accurately
Review accident details to understand liability and identify the at-fault party
Keep in regular contact with customers once they have their hire vehicle, making sure they’re supported throughout
Complete final invoices at the end of the hire period and update our internal systems
Work with insurers to settle liability and cost disputes
Recover hire vehicle costs from third-party insurance companies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Good organisation and time-management skills, with the confidence to prioritise your work
Clear communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships
The ability to manage a varied workload and work independently when needed
Strong attention to detail and a practical approach to solving problems
Experience in credit hire or recoveries would be helpful, but it isn’t essential
