About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Liaising with insurers and engineers to resolve liability queries and recover costs.
- Researching and selecting suitable repairers from our network to meet customer needs.
- Keeping customers updated, coordinating with insurers and engineers, and ensuring vehicles are repaired promptly.
- Working closely with fleet providers, clients, and repairers to ensure timely and efficient repairs.
- Providing excellent customer service through clear communication and problem-solving.
- Meeting service level agreements and deadlines.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience handling a high volume of calls, ideally within the motor industry.
