About the role

  • Coordinate and oversee Go-To-Market (GTM) and implementation activities internally across cross functional teams in partnership with Delivery team and externally with commercial sites.
  • Manage project timelines, stakeholder engagement, and cross-site alignment to maintain momentum and clarity of execution.
  • Develop and maintain critical GTM documentation, playbooks, and supporting materials to enable repeatable success.
  • Track and report on progress, risks, and dependencies, providing visibility to key stakeholders and driving timely interventions.
  • Optimize internal resourcing through effective capacity planning for core contributors across the Intelligence Suite.
  • Support senior commercial leaders by owning operational execution, enabling them to remain focused on strategic, customer-facing priorities.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of proven experience in commercial project management within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Recognised project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Practitioner) preferred.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders across multiple geographies.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and deliver measurable outcomes with speed and precision.
  • Execution-focused mindset, combining pragmatism with a high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience with partnering with EHR integration and AI governance teams.
