About the role
- Design and propose FM and property procurement strategies
- Identify and implement opportunities to optimize clients’ property portfolio strategy
- Monitor and analyze real estate, FM, and procurement market trends
- Build strong relationships across client organizations
- Provide expert input into client requirements for FM services
- Oversee supplier relationships and stakeholder engagement
- Develop negotiation strategies with clients and lead discussions with suppliers
- Agree on mobilization plans and manage activities for project execution
Requirements
- Deep experience in FM and property categories
- Proven ability to operate in multi-stakeholder, client-facing environments
- Experience managing multi-functional direct and virtual teams
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics
- Exceptional planning, negotiation, and communication skills
- Language skills, FM market and solutions knowledge are beneficial
