About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Operationalize and manage Responsible AI processes for product features and devices
  • Automate Responsible AI processes
  • Mature Responsible AI operational excellence, including response times within SLA and community engagement
  • Engage the Responsible AI community with organizational operations know-how
  • Connect Responsible AI processes with related compliance domains to streamline and improve collective compliance processes
  • Perform Responsible AI reviews for legal and privacy teams to obtain product approval
  • Work across feature and model development, regulatory requirements, legal, research, design, customers, developers, and partners
  • Infuse responsible AI practices into products and experiences throughout the product ecosystem

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of program management experience
  • 2–3 years of experience working in compliance
  • 1–2 years of experience in Responsible AI or related fields such as Privacy, Security, or Digital Safety
  • AI Governance Certification (AIGP) highly recommended; other certifications are a plus
  • At least 1 year of experience using generative AI technology in production, such as for data analysis or project management
  • Strong understanding of digital safety and security architectures and mitigations
  • Experience conducting Responsible AI reviews
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with data scientists and product development teams
  • Excellent project management skills and experience delivering complex technical programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
  • Must reside in Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Iowa, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington
  • Ability to collaborate with teammates centered in the Pacific time zone
