About the role
- You analyze existing warehouse and logistics processes to continuously improve them
- You coordinate and oversee warehouse processes to ensure high-quality output
- You are responsible for the efficient design and monitoring of logistics processes to ensure targets are met
- You ensure knowledge transfer within your areas of responsibility and motivate your team
- You assume both technical and disciplinary personnel responsibility
- You prepare reports on warehouse KPIs (e.g., lead times) and communicate these to your superiors
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a relevant field or subject-specific further training
- Previous experience in warehouse management or a similar role
- Strong analytical thinking and a structured working style
- Experience with inventory/warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP)
