About the role
- Own and drive the full sales cycle from sourcing to close, including Pipeline Development & Prospecting.
- Attend financial-industry events and conferences to drive awareness and generate leads.
- Qualify prospects based on buying readiness, product fit, and organizational need.
- Lead Discovery Calls to understand customer needs and challenges.
- Coordinate and participate in product demos; manage follow-up communications.
- Drive opportunities through evaluation, due diligence, negotiations, and closing.
- Develop new business through networking, referrals, and inbound/outbound activities.
Requirements
- Selling SaaS, cybersecurity, compliance, or identity management solutions to financial institutions.
- Experience selling to credit unions and community banks with an understanding of regulatory and operational challenges.
- Keen instincts that enable you to identify the ‘budget-readiness’ of prospects.
- Ability to clearly articulate the ROI of back-office automation and security tools to IT, operations, and compliance leaders.
- A strong hunter mentality—building pipeline proactively and closing net-new business.
